Ciarán Cuffe: Deputy Hogan made quite a serious charge in his initial submission. He suggested that the refreshing of the national spatial strategy is illegal and that what I am doing is illegal. I do not know if the Deputy can make such a charge under Standing Orders. In light of the gravity of the charge he made, perhaps he might consider withdrawing it.
