- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health: Update on Sláintecare Reforms (27 Sep 2023)
Róisín Shortall: There is a principle to which the health service operates that I cannot understand. It is outsourcing and buying private capacity, whether with beds, staff or services generally. CHI said it could not possibly publish them for reasons of confidentiality. It took some pressure finally to get them published on Wednesday. Why were they not published on the first day?
