Jimmy Deenihan: The point I am making is that it is very important that military personnel should be aware of what is happening in Brussels and Mons to influence policy and decision making in the Army. It should not be left up to civil servants to serve in Brussels and Mons. Military personnel should be kept involved at all times and there should be no major reduction in the numbers there.
