Bernard Durkan: I am sorry but this is to do with legislation promised in the House. I was here when the Minister and the Taoiseach promised it, as was everybody else.

Bernard Durkan: It arose as a result of amendments from Fine Gael and Labour relative to that particular section in the NAMA legislation. The question is simple. What has happened regarding the expert group set up to advise the Government on the measures that could be taken to assist those who have mortgage arrears, on modest houses, of up to €100,000?
