Richard Boyd Barrett: On a point of order, I want it noted that the two senior Ministers, as we are about to begin the summer recess, are leaving the Chamber, meaning only the Minister of State with responsibility for heritage will remain, when the spokespersons for many of the party groups have not yet responded to the summer economic statement. That is outrageous.
