Catherine Murphy: Some 93% of providers signed up to the core funding model; 7% did not. Are they still being paid or have they dropped out? My second question is about the county childcare committees, CCCs. To whom do they respond? Do they respond to the Department or to the local authorities? Are they bringing to the Department issues with regard to gaps in the service?
