Joe McHugh: I ran into trouble last week with the Ceann Comhairle's understudy for raising a matter that was not on the Order of Business. I do not want to do that two weeks running, but I might need his indulgence because the matter I wish to raise is not on the Order Paper or on the Order of Business. It is to do with 246 jobs we are trying to protect at Marine Harvest Ireland.
