Simon Harris: While the HSE has responsibility for the provision of Primary Care Centres and other Primary Care facilities, I undertook to pursue this matter on behalf of the Deputy. I have been advised by the HSE that, in line with the Primary Care Network plan developed for the Midlands area, the HSE does not have plans to develop a new health centre or community health facility in the Killucan/Rathwire area.
