Éamon Ó Cuív: I asked a question earlier in the year about money, a sum of €1.8 million, that was given in 2016 but has not yet been spent. That money had been given to the local authorities but they had not done the work, even in 2019. That is the kind of thing that happens when the Department prepays people.
