Bríd Smith: We need to wake up and smell the coffee. We need to start dealing with the reality in this country, which is that we are hurtling towards severe climate change on a global level. The Minister should talk to his EU friends about this issue. The EU Commissioner, Phil Hogan, has admitted on many occasions that far too many emissions from growing cattle are coming from Ireland.
