I refer to page 6 of the strategy report on the programme for Government which then refers to pages 21 to 25. I am curious to know the answer. Where does the setting up of the expert group to report to the Government on the X case legislation fall...

Peter Mathews: I refer to the legislation that we have been told is necessary. Surely that comes under either strategy or annual report. The expert group reported towards the end of 2012 and hearings started in January, but the document is silent on all of this.
