Catherine Murphy: I completely accept that and I think it is very valuable to do this. However, there has only been one facility where attention has been drawn in CHO 8. I am presuming there is more. We want to just see if there is a comparison between how the two CHOs handle things, as much as looking at the issue to see whether it is different across the HSE.

Catherine Murphy: Yes. It is how we get to see how they are managing what there is, whether it is effectively managed and whether there is waste, which is an issue. We are looking at waste but also talking about delivery of a service.
