Following significant discussion this morning, the BAI has agreed to come back to the...

Order of Business (3 Mar 2010)

Simon Coveney: I seek the Ceann Comhairle's assistance on how best to deal with an issue where the House must make a decision on the annulment of an order before it. Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Bill 2009: From the Seanad (3 Mar 2010)

Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Bill 2009: From the Seanad (3 Mar 2010)

Simon Coveney: Is amendment No.11 simply about improving the wording? It acknowledges that the NRA, through the local authority, provides a duct to a telecommunications company and charges for that. Communications Regulation (Premium Rate Services and Electronic Communications Infrastructure) Bill 2009: From the Seanad (3 Mar 2010)

Simon Coveney: I am glad the Bill has been passed. We took some liberties in respect of it that are not part of common practice in the House.
