Ruth Coppinger: Some tenants were living in it so Dublin City Council did not buy it. This could have been a great mixed tenure development involving the development of an affordable mortgage scheme alongside people renting instead of those people having to be evicted. This is critical for the likes of Tyrrelstown. It is constantly brought up that local authorities turn down loads of NAMA properties....
