Pat Deering: I tend to agree with Deputy Cahill. I am sorry for cutting across the witness. If we compare it to the export of live cattle, it is the Department that is the arbitrator in that regard. Perhaps that is not a fair comparison, but the point I am trying to make is about moving forward, trying to achieve fairness and everybody buying into it, which is very important.
