It was because we could not find a suitable time and date. As can be seen from this morning’s meeting, it takes a considerable length of time to talk to the three companies with us. My understanding of what Ms Muldoon said was that FBD processes the claims, that as it does that, it examines them for the possibilities of fraud, exaggerated cases and so on, and that that represents the 20% figure....
