Kieran O'Donnell: The latest agreement NBI has with the Department is that it will pass 102,000 premises by January 2023. When will it reach that figure? I got the impression from the initial comments of Mr. Malone that it is hoped that deadline will come back. When will NBI reach that 102,000 deadline?
