Ruth Coppinger: In my submission I suggested Professor P. J. Drudy from Trinity College Dublin to speak on rent controls. It depends on what aspect is to be taken and if we are to look at the legal question. It was suggested that rent controls are unconstitutional and I do not know if the committee will look at that separately.
