Terry Leyden: It was hard to resist that. On the Order of Business, will the Leader consider holding a debate on waste management? There is a seminar on this topic today in north Donegal. The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government could update us on Government policy. This is an important issue, in which we can play a role.

Terry Leyden: As waste and energy are the major issues of the day, could we also have a debate on energy policy to discuss the use and lack of energy, the importation of fuel, our own resources, utilisation of wind and wave power, the growing of rapeseed and so on?
