Michael Harty: Regarding the Deputy's question to me, we have not seen the legislation yet. All we have is the general scheme. Head 18 reads: "It shall be an offence to intentionally end the life of a foetus otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of this Bill." The Deputy rightly identified the following:(a) on summary conviction, to a class A fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12...

We have not seen the legislation but, in light of the heads, could there be a conflict?
