Mary Butler: Before we conclude this section, I would like to ask Ms Dunne a question. She spoke about the extra demand for permits and how the waiting list had increased outside of her control. She said she was hoping to have it back within normal timeframes, where two weeks and four weeks were standard. Was she able to employ extra staff or did she redeploy from within the Department?
