Róisín Shortall: I share the views expressed about the purpose of this debate. It is disappointing that the Minister has not shown up for it. This is a major project costing a vast amount of public funding and it is a pity that he could not take the time to come into the House for the debate. It would appear that this slot for statements on Transport 21 is more about plugging a gap in the Dáil schedule...
