Richard Bruton: I will come back to the Deputy given that this concern has been expressed. To meet the Data Commissioner's requirements, it is important we set it out in legislation, as we are doing. By doing it in this way, we provide the protection the public needs. However, if it is unnecessary, I will revert on Report Stage.
