Denis Naughten: The metric Deputy Ó Cuív has suggested might be better than my one. In fairness, we both probably represent as many islands but he represents ones that are actually occupied while none of mine are. That might be a better metric to use. We need a metric of access to the islands. I am open to Deputy Ó Cuív's better understanding of the situation.
