James O'Connor: To be clear, when a member of the public goes to the website to book an NCT on the nearest available date, even when clicking "refresh", it is 10 February for Littleisland, 8 March for Macroom, 20 March for Blarney and 26 March for Youghal. Over the border in Cahir in Tipperary it is 8 February, in Charleville in County Cork it is 16 January and in Waterford it is 21 March. The timelines...
