Eamon Ryan: The Government's decentralisation programme provides for the relocation of my Department's headquarters to Cavan by the end of 2009. 40 staff from my Department have, to date, relocated as an advance party to Cavan and of these 35 were originally based in Dublin. I expect that a further seven civil servants will transfer in the near future bringing the total working in Cavan to 47.
