Enda Kenny: The road transport Bill will be later this year. Deputy Healy Rae was out of the traps a lot faster today than Deputy Mattie McGrath. He asked a question about the local government Bill when the Deputy was outside and he got his answer. It will be enacted, hopefully, before the end of this year. It is a big Bill.
