On Friday, 6 February 2014 on the question that the Bill be now read a Second Time, a division was claimed and in accordance with the Order of the Dáil of that day that division must be taken now.

Please accept that Deputy Fleming is entitled to ask a supplementary question without interruption and to hear the reply.
