Michael Healy-Rae: I know. We have to go to it. My point is will anybody ever again buy a property to rent it out the way things are going. What will that mean for the rental market in future? As far as I can see, this situation will get a lot worse before it will get a lot better and the Government is doing sweet damn all to help with the situation.
