Bernard Durkan: That is a legitimate question and I am entitled to have an answer. All of the Bills are on the published list. The Minister is not present in the House and I do not know who else to ask. I am in a quandary.

Bernard Durkan: All the Bills are urgent. These include the energy Bill and the postal services Bill, which has gone into oblivion. There are various other pressing issues which need to be dealt with before the next general election so the people will have an idea of what the Government intends to do.
