Tony Kett: I fully agree and if one takes the e-conveyancing route, one must dispense with the paper trail completely. While I am unsure whether there is any set of circumstances in which paper would return to the network, I believe it should not. If it does so, the entire electronic element of the process would be rendered meaningless.
