Written Answers — Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport: Airport Policy (14 May 2024): Jack Chambers: I can confirm to the Deputy that no contacts have taken place with respect to the possible acquisition of land in County Wicklow for a future designated airport capable of passenger jet traffic nor has there been any engagement by the Department with any possible promoters of such a project.
