Kieran O'Donnell: I will move on to Rehab’s foray into the coffin business and Complete Eco Solutions. Rehab has provided a lot of documentation and minutes of meetings and so forth. Mr. Poole would have been aware of this. How did this arise? What is the background to it? Was Mr. Hogan involved in it too?

Kieran O'Donnell: Perhaps Mr. Hogan will give us an overview. It arose at the audit committee where Ms Kerins stated that her family was involved. Was that the first occasion on which Mr. Hogan became aware of that?
