Jerry Buttimer: Please God. We must ensure that when we use the roads, we all play a part in ensuring the safety of our fellow road users. This Bill goes a way towards achieving that. There must be a joined-up approach between Departments, the Road Safety Authority and the vintners to ensure there is no loss of life on our roads. If only that may happen.
