Seán Barrett: Before proceeding to Budget Statements, I call on the Taoiseach to lead expressions of sympathy on the deaths of ten members of the Traveller community in Carrickmines, County Dublin and Garda Anthony Golden in Omeath, County Louth. As there was no provision for this in the order made last Thursday, we need the agreement of the Taoiseach and the House. Is that agreed? Agreed.
