Joanna Tuffy: I am sorry, Ms Bayliss, it is my mistake. The SILC report does not take everything into account; it only takes income into account. I am mixing up the SWITCH analysis with the SILC report. The SWITCH analysis offers a flawed model, the one Mr. Keane mentioned.
