Christopher O'Sullivan: The increase in utility bills is the issue that is impacting people on the ground. Obviously, these increases can be dictated by international scenarios, but does the CRU see anything that can be done in the short term to address the matter? Will the increase in wind after a significant lull reduce utility bills for the Irish consumer in any way?
