- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government: Issues Impacting Apartments and Multi-Unit Developments (19 Apr 2018)
Darragh O'Brien: I thank Mr. Rouse for his comprehensive and detailed statement. It is excellent and summarises the issues. In Dublin Fingal we have multi-unit managed estates, with mixes of apartments and duplexes. - Joint Oireachtas Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government: Housing Agency: Chairperson Designate (19 Apr 2018)
Darragh O'Brien: Mr. Carey is welcome. From reading his CV and listening to his opening statement, I believe, for what it is worth, that he is eminently qualified to do this job. We need fresh thinking in this area. It is appropriate to give Mr. Carey time to actually frame that thinking. I am sure he has his personal views on things as well. He will also, however, be restricted somewhat by the policy...
