Pat Gallagher: The project for Scoil Mhuire, Stranorlar, has been going on for a long time. It was included in the capital plan in 2011 but was removed by the Minister's predecessor. It did not appear in any plan between 2011 and 2016. In 2016, it was included in the capital plan again.
