I did not intend to speak on amendment No. 44 but its proposers and those who spoke in favour it are being deliberately disingenuous and selective in what they have read from to the House. I ask them to note the first point in it, namely, "The relevant medical practitioner shall perform ultrasound imaging of the foetus".
