Michael Healy-Rae: Despite Government assurances that reviews of medical cards have stopped, such reviews have unfortunately not ceased. Medical cards continue to be reviewed and withdrawn on a daily basis. I raise this matter in the context of the health care initiatives Bill. It is estimated that more than 30,000 have been withdrawn and the Government indicated that it is going to return 15,000 of these....
