Jerry Buttimer: With regard to the overspend, the HSE west is to be allocated 12.5% of the total revised Estimate as opposed to HSE south, with 8.6%; Dublin north-east, with 6.94%; and Dublin mid-Leinster at 5.56%. Why are services in the west getting more than the rest?
