Richard Boyd Barrett: If the council has already prepared its report and given it to the Minister what is the problem about publishing it? The reason I mentioned the fiscal advisory council is that it has those reports and they come before the finance committee two or three times a year. If the Minister has already got the report it is possible to publish it soon afterwards. I do not see where the difficulty is.
