Jerry Buttimer: Given the importance of the noise nuisance Bill to people in Cork city, when will the Bill be introduced? It affects rented accommodation and the role of landlords with enforcement powers being given to local authorities. Landlords have responsibility as do tenants. In residential areas they are causing mayhem to local residents in the area around UCC and Bishopstown.
