David Cullinane: Mr. Duffy heard the discussion between Deputy MacSharry and Mr. Quigley on oversight of the moneys of the wards of court and the words Mr. Ryan used were that a simple amending Bill would suffice to deal with the issue to allow the Comptroller and Auditor General to have an oversight role and be able to audit the accounts. Is that something that is being or has been considered by the Department?
