Our job is to evaluate, probe, ask questions, ensure fair procedure and so on. My point was that I want to have something that does all of that. We do it and then we have the conclusion, which is the views of members as a committee.

Are we just taking these round figures and adding them all up or do we actually have a real figure for what has actually been created?
