Kieran O'Donnell: I have a slight caveat there. Everything flows from the development plan now. It can only be extended. For argument’s sake, if an LAP is finishing two years before the new development plan is to be looked at, the existing local area plan could be extended for two years but it cannot be extended beyond the date of the new development plan.
