Jerry Buttimer: Fianna Fáil said it could not take the pressure in the Department of Health. The then Minister, Deputy Micheál Martin, could not wait to go. All he could do was produce reports. It was like the County Hall in Cork there were so many reports, at a cost of millions. I will debate that with Deputy Dooley any day he wants to do it.
