Dessie Ellis: There are plans to put modular housing in five designated areas throughout Dublin, and 22 of these are supposed to be placed on a site in Poppintree, Ballymun, before Christmas. According to the Minister, Deputy Kelly, the procurement process can be speeded up to do this.
