Brendan Smith: Following an inspection, the person named was notified on 22 September 2008 of a penalty for non-compliance with her obligations under REPS. This penalty was not appealed and a letter issued on 29 October 2008 informing her that the penalty in the amount of €850.67 would be deducted from her next payment. The deduction was made from a payment which issued on 1 December 2008.
